Product Description

Dye sublimation heat transfer paper for transfer on ceramics, textiles, cloth & fabrics with a specially coated surface. Do not use this paper with regular ink, use sublimation ink ONLY.

Special coating provides brilliant transferred optical density on the fabrics/substrates. Unique anti-curl back coating for lay-flat property. Unique coating ensures true colors, no bleeding and sharp images on final substrates. Minimum ink-bleed on base paper to give high color intensity on transfer. Short drying time to achieve high transfer rate. Compatibility dye sublimation heat transfer paper Compatible with most aqueous dye-sub inks.

Instructions

The back of the paper is intentionally pink-colored and the sublimation coating is on the white side of the paper. Print on the white side of the paper. While printing, make sure that image is printed as mirror image.

Leave the paper to dry about 5 minutes before pressing. Cut the image borders if necessary. Place the paper on the hard substrate, such as ceramic, glass, etc, and apply heat press. Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. 

We suggest using high (385-400 F) and fast (25-35 seconds) for soft materials such as vinyl and 100% polyester, and low (355-365 F) and long ( 90-120 seconds) for hard materials such as ceramic and aluminum.

All hard sublimation substrates such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. When you apply to 100% polyester you do not need any coating. This Paper will only work with printers that use Sublimation Ink This is not iron-on heat transfer paper. This paper will not work on cotton shirts.
